Khimki advanced to the Eurocup final after their win in Moscow over Banvit and completed an amazing streak of 23 home wins in this year’s season, making them the only undefeated team in the whole of Europe in all competitions.
On the occasion of the Russian team’s feat we made a survey to find out which other teams have kept their results at home intact even if it’s only in their own country’s league. Every league, of course, is of a different level of difficulty, and there are still teams that still haven’t completed their engagements against their powerful opponents. For example, Real hosts Barcelona on Sunday and Panathinaikos hosts Olympiacos at OAKA in a few weeks.
In this list of the most powerful home courts could be included several other teams that also have a very good winning percentage at home, like, for instance, Barcelona who has an 11-1 record in the Euroleague and 12-1 in Spain, but doesn’t have total home court domination in any competition.

12-0 VTB League, 11-0 Eurocup
Theoretically Khimki had the easiest task when compared to the rest of the teams on this particular list, as they competed in the Eurocup, where their opponents were of a lower caliber. However, they are the only team in the extremely competitive VTB League that has won all their home games so far with the only difficult one left being that against Nizhny.

12-0 Spain, 10-1 Euroleague
The only team that managed to defeat Real Madrid at home is UNICS Kazan in that crazy game during the regular season of the Euroleague. Since then the “queen” has been winning all the games played in front of their home crowd and are preparing for the Eupoleague playoffs with a home advantage. In Spain the biggest hurdle is the one against Barcelona.

11-0 Greece, 10-1 Euroleague
Olympiacos has maintained the undefeated home streak in all competitions until Fenerbahce visited the SEF where they won and essentially snatched the home advantage for the playoffs.
