Turkey’s transfer market is still hot and on Thursday it was Galatasaray’s turn to steal the spotlight. After almost a month from the first report from Eurohoops David Hawkins is officially a member of Galatasaray for 2+1 years.

That’s not the end of it. The serial of Henry Domercant’s signing to Galatasaray reached its final episode. According to Eurohoops.net sources, FIBA will announce its decision about the buy out dispute between the player and his former team Unics Kazan early next week, but there is also a report from Turkey about an understanding between the Russians and Galatasaray, with the Turkish club paying them 150.000 US dollars.

One more American player and former Euroleague stand out is leaving Unics. Lynn Greer will play next season at Ukrainian club Azovmash BC, together with Akin Akingbala who is also leaving Euroleague and French club Nancy. Azovmash and Galatasaray will participate at next season’s Eurocup and one more team from the same competition, Belgium runner up Spirou Charleroi announced the signing of two American forwards, Derrick Allen and Mike Scott.
