Coach Dusko Ivanovic and Panathinaikos are leaving for Moscow for the first two games against CSKA and Gani Lawal is not included in the roster. On the contrary Greek prospects Giorgos Papagiannis will travel with the team.
Despite the fact that Lawal hasn’t been yet a factor in the game of the Greens, still it’s a surprise to leave him behind and not use him in the most crucial Euroleague games of the season. Panathinaikos travels to Moscow with 13 players, including two more youngsters, Vasilis Charalampopoulos and Michalis Loutzis.
