How much can change in two days? Nothing and everything! The second games of the playoffs are upon us and any thoughts about making changes in your fantasy teams can prove to be a boomerang.

Our thoughts on players in the playoff games are similar to here and the selections of Teodosic, Bjelica, Krstic, Tyus, and Kirilenko were definitely proven right. Naturally, none of these players is going to be pulled out of the team.

Devin Smith had a bad game but surely he can return to big performances. Also, Sasha Kaun was very good, but didn’t have a high score because of CSKA’s easy win. He’ll stay on the team because he can still make a difference. Llull, Goudelock and Tomic could have performed better so we will choose one player for each position.

Amongst the point guards there is not a reliable solution since it’s going to be difficult for Jeremy Pargo to repeat such a performance against Fenerbahce. Obradovic will not allow it so easily. We are going to take a risk and select Heurtel, who didn’t have a great game in the first leg against Real, because he didn’t get enough shots, but he can make a difference.

Along the perimeter we are going to place our trust in Rudy Fernendez as he showed that he’s back for good. He was not accurate, but in the second game he’ll most likely be better. Finally, in the frontline we are going to select Jan Vesely, because it appears Maccabi doesn’t have a player who can contain him. The Czech can have another game in which he scores 15+ and thus prove to be a more advantageous choice than someone like Reyes or Vorontsevich, for instance, who have a lower limit even on a good night.

Enjoy fantasy!
