Vassilis Spanoulis surpassed Marcus Brown and became the second best all-time scorer in Euroleague’s history! In front of him there is only Juan Carlos Navarro.

The captain of Olympiacos made one historical achievement this season! He passed Marcus Brown, who scored 2.739 points in his eleven years in the Euroleague. In front of “Kill-Bill” there is only his opponent, in the game where he made this milestone, the fourth quarterfinal against Barcelona, Juan Carlos Navarro.

Earlier this season, Vassilis Spanoulis became the third All-time assists player in Euroleague’s modern history with Dimitris Diamantidis and Thodoris Papaloukas being in the first two places. So, he is the only player who is among the Top 3 of these two statistic category proving that his talent in the offense is huge not only by executing, but also by passing.

Vasssilis Spanoulis won three times the Euroleague trophy and also three times the title of the Final Four MVP being the only unbeaten in such a big number of games in the Final Four (6 victories in 6 games).
