Germany, after staying unbeatable in the qualifying round, got its ticket for Eurobasket 2013, Turkey missed a big game against Italy, while Marcin Gortat had an incredible night in Poland’s win which also qualified, as also the Czech Republic and Bosnia did

Germany beat Bulgaria 79-69 on Wednesday and was added in the teams which have already qualified for Eurobasket 2013. The players of coach Svetislav Pesic stay unbeaten after six games. On the contrary, Turkey committed suicide against Italy and lost an almost won game by 83-82 (video). Finally, Poland’s NBA star, Marcin Gortat, was a beast in Finland, leading his team in a 96-91 win with 26 points and 21 rebounds. With this win Poland also qualified to Eurobasket 2013, as also the Czech Republic and Bosnia did.

The first two teams of each group and the four best third placed teams will qualify for Eurobasket 2013. The host country Slovenia, France, FYROM, Great Britain, Greece, Lithuania, Russia and Spain have already qualify to the competition.
