The injury of Robertas Javtokas brought Jeff Foote in Kaunas, Lithuania, as a replacement center. Also Polish champions Prokom signed Frank Robinson, while Slovenian club Olimpija Ljubljana invested in 19 years old Luka Rupnik

The misfortune of Robertas Javtokas transformed to a big opportunity for American center Jeff Foote. After just one game in the Israeli league as a player of Maccabi Tel Aviv (!), four games in the NBA as a member of New Orleans Hornets and plenty of action in the NBADL and the Spanish second division, Foote signed to Zalgiris Kaunas and will help his new team in the center position.

Foote will make his Euroleague debut, while Frank Robinson returns to the league after his stint in Olimpija Ljubljana back in the 2008-09 season, as he signed with Polish Champions Prokom. His old team, Olimpija announced the three years deal with 19 years old guard Luka Rupnik, who has already three seasons as a pro in his belt under Geoplin Slovan’s vest.
