Olympiacos has to focus in the task at hands and that’s the two games against Panathinaikos for the Greek league and also for the Greek cup final. However the defending Euroleague champions are searching the market for a guard, in order to fill the void of injured Vaggelis Mantzaris and they have until the 20th of February in order to sign a player who will be eligible in Euroleague.
The last name that was offered to them was Georgian Giorgi Tsintsadze (photo) who is competing in Eurocup as a member of Budivelnik and having a good season. Olympiacos is examining his case but also some American players. Those are former NBA guards Jeremy Pargo and Chris Quin , but also last season’s NBADL MVP Justin Dentmon and his current teammate in Texas Legends Sean Singletary who has experience in Europe. The Greek club will decide who will be signed by the middle of February.
