Fenerbhace/ Ulker still searches for the best possible solution for its bench, after last season’s bad experience with coach Simone Pianigiani. As Eurohoops reported, Dusan Ivkovic is still the top target of the team, but the deal with him is still on hold, as he probably waits his other possible options. After the inglorious end of the season in Anadolu Efes, there might be a change on its bench too, EA7 Milano is also looking for a coach and nothing can be taken for granted in CSKA Moscow.
Fenerbahce on the other hand is also about to change many things in the basketball section, even in the front office, and coach Dusko Ivanovic is ready to take over the bench, if the team decides to give him the job. In the last five days the two sides had many contacts, according to some sources a deal is already in place and now the ball is on the hands of Fener. Maybe the club will wait for Duda to make up his mind, or maybe will make a run for someone else, but Ivanovic seems to be on standby.
The key to this development is a person close to Ivanovich and also to club chairman Aziz Yildirim which has a excellent relationship with both of them. After all, because of this relationship, the two sides had talks in the recent past in order to work together.
