Giannis Bourousis ended his tenure in EA7 Armani Milano after a failed season, but he is ready to return to Euroleague in order to prove that he is still an elite player. The two Spanish powerhouses, Real Madrid and Barcelona, are interested on him, but they had also to focus on their league finals.
That gave a precious window of time to the Turkish champions, Galatasaray, to make their move and at this point it seems that the Greek center can end up either in Istanbul or in Madrid. Bourousis can be the replacement of Boni N’Dong in the roster of the Galata, there is a two season offer for him on the table with a million euros annual compensation and the decision about the future of the player is expected soon.
Real Madrid is offering him a similar contract, this is also a great option for Bourousis, while Barcelona is also in contact with Mexican Gustavo Ayon who finished the season in the NBA as a player of Milwaukee Bucks and seems to be on top of their list.
