The first addition in Olympiacos roster can be Loukas Mavrokefalidis. The Greek forward who ended his season in Barcelona, received an official offer by the Euroleague champions for a two year contract with approximately 500.000 euros salary per season.
The numbers seem to be right as both sides are content with this arrangement and the Reds are waiting the final answer of the player. It seems more than possible that the contract will be signed very soon, unless Barcelona decides to enter the picture and make an offer to the player in order to keep him.
If that doesn’t happen soon, then Mavrokefalidis will return to Olympiacos, his team from 2007 to 2011 with a break in the 2008-09 season, when he played in Marousi on loan.
