The plan of Fenerbahce/ Ulker to add Milos Teodosic as its main point guard for next season will not become a reality. According to sources close to the situation, CSKA Moscow decided not to let Teodosic go and the negotiations broke down. The stance of the Russian team was firm and probably there is nothing Fener can do at this point in order to get the player.

Teodosic has a contract until next summer (2014) which doesn’t include any kind of buy out clause for this summer. Despite the discontent of the team after the last Final Four, CSKA knew that at this point there wasn’t a player avaible in the market capable of replacing Teodosic who could turn out to be a great upgrade for one of its main rivals in the upcoming Euroleague.

The remaining question is what Fenerbahce/ Ulker will do now and if the Turkish club will try to get an other player, considerind the fact that there is also Bo McCalebb in their roster.
