The transfer market, mainly for teams which has ended their season, is already hot. And one of the main players in the market is Anadolu Efes of Dusan Ivkovic. We have already presented some of their plans, like the French NBAer Nando De Colo, but also Giorgos Printezis, who is under contract with Olympiacos and is going to be offered an extension.
According to Turkish sources of Eurohoops, there are two more candidates for next season’s roster and both of them play in Liga Endesa! Barcelona’s center Joey Dorsey with whom Duda cooperated excellent in Olympiacos and the talented Czech guard of Cajasol, Tomas Satoransky!
Dusan Ivkovic started the current undersized centers trend in European basketball back in the 2012. Now he wants Dorsey in Efes because of his great pick ‘n roll defense! Joey is very high in his wishlist. It is also rumored that the offer he has from Efes is 2.5 m. dollars for a two-year contract. Dorsey (7.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 75% in 2ps in the Liga Endesa in 17 mpg) is a free agent from Barcelona.
The 23-year-old (2.01m) Czech guard, Tomas Satoransky had a great season with Cajasol (12.4 points, 4.6 assists, 3.8 rebounds in 31 mpg) and he also had an offer from Efes for a three year deal and a total of 1.7 m. euros. However, Barcelona also would like to add him in its roster and according to our Spanish sources, the Czech will wait for the Catalans’ offer, because his desire is to continue playing in Spain, probably wearing “Blaugrana”.
