On Sunday (5/8) Maria Sharapova denied that she will marry her longtime partner Sasha Vujacic in Istanbul, but Efes fans have nothing to worry about. The Slovenian guard will continue to be an Istanbul resident, as his deadline to sign an NBA contract expired.
Vujacic had until the 31st of July to get out of his contract with Efes and get back to the NBA. But that deadline passed and now the Slovenian will form one of the best backcourt duos in the Euroleague, along with his former teammate with the Lakers Jordan Farmar.
