Jordan in FIBA Hall of Fame

Michael Jordan, already a member of Basketball Hall of Fame and the most recognizable basketball player of all time, headlines a list of nine world class basketball personalities from seven different countries that make up the 2015 Class of Inductees to be enshrined into FIBA’s Hall of Fame on Saturday 19 September.

As FIBA announced along with Jordan, Antoine Rigaudeau of France, Lithuania’s Sarunas Marciulionis, Vladimir Tkachenko of Russia/Ukraine, Cuba’s Ruperto Herrera Tabio and Anne Donovan of the USA will be enshrined along with legendary coach Jan Stirling of Australia. Technical official Robert Blanchard of France and contributor Noah Klieger of Israel are also member of the 2015 class.

Their induction ceremony of their Hall of Fame induction will take place during the Eurobasket in Lille, France. The new Hall of Fame members will be also honored during halftime of the EuroBasket 2015 Final on Sunday 20 September.
