Turkey got a big win (73-64) over Greece in what turned to be a battle of the centers in the big final of the Istanbul tournament. In the first game of the second day, Bosnia beat Tunisia (76-71)

Turkey got a big win (73-64) over Greece in what turned to be a battle of the centers in the big final of the Istanbul tournament. In the first game of the second day, Bosnia beat Tunisia (76-71).

The hosts prevailed as Semih Erden led them to the win with a double double (15 p., 11 r.). Bobby Dixon added 12 points, Cedi Osman had 11 and Ersan Ilyasova finished the game with 9 points and 9 rebounds. With three minutes to go Greece cut the lead of Turkey to three (65-62), but scored just two points for the rest of the game. Greec’s center Giannis Bourousis had 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Before the game Turkish national team legends Kerem Tunceri and Hedo Turkoglu were honored.

For Bosnia, Elmedin Kikanovic finished the game with 16 points, while new Dallas Mavs center was used from Tunisia and he had 11 points and 4 rebounds.
