Georgia held on for the win and Italy prevailed with ease in the second day of the Tblisi Cup as both teams remain unbeaten in this Eurobasket 2015 preparation tournament.
Georgia beat Latvia (78-76), after entering the last minute of the game with a 78-71 lead thanks to 16 points by Zaza Pachulia. Latvia which got 15 points by Kaspars Berzins tried to steal the game, but ultimately couldn’t.
On the contrary Italy had one more walk in the park, beating Estonia by 24 points (85-61). Andrea Bargnani got 15 points in the game, while Alessandro Gentile added 12.
