The tournament of Koper ended with the hosts getting the 76-67 win over Italy in a tense game which included a “T” to coach Jure Zdovc and it was decided in the last five minutes.
Uros Slokar with 15 points and 6 rebounds was the best of the winners. Italy didn’t use Danilo Gallinari, Luca Vitaly left the team and he will miss the upcoming Eurobasket due to injury and the team had Marco Belinelli with 16 points as the top scorer. However Daniel Hackett with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists had also a full stats line.
