Naturalized point guard Alex Renfroe was the hero of Bosnia in the win over Israel at the first day of the Zagreb preparation tournament for the upcoming Eurobasket.
With 4 seconds to go Dagan Yivzori made three free throws and tied the score at 79-79, but with one second left, Omri Caspi fouled Renfroe, he made 1/2 free throws and decided the final 80-79. Once more Elmedin Kikanovic with 13 points and 8 rebound was the best player of the eventual winners, while Lior Eliyahu had 16 points for Israel and Caspi 14.
