Milos Teodosic and Serbia are at the Top8 of Eurobasket and for many, already in the semifinals since the opponent is Czech Republic. Still the Serbian leader doesn’t agree with that.
As he said to Eurohoops: “How can someone who saw how the Czechs played against Croatia, believe that we will have an easy task? They proved what they can do. It’s not going to be easy. They put too much energy on the floor, they are great on defence and on the open court. We know it’s not going to be easy”.
As for his duel with Barcelona’s Tomas Satoransky, Teodosic added: “He is having a great tournament. The ball is in his hands and we have to stop him and cut his connection with the rest of the team”. Satoransky himself just minutes before had said: “It’s very difficult to stop Teodosic. He is one of the top point guards”.
For the quarterfinal of Greece vs Spain Teodosic said: “It’s very difficult to make predictions. It’s a big game. I expect a big battle, because those two are not going to be happy just because they are in the Top8”.
