The German national team didn’t use Dennis Schroder, Daniel Theis, and Nick Weiler-Babb in the last game of the group stage against Hungary, but it’s not a surprise that both of them will be available in the first knock-out game against Montenegro.

To be exact, Schroder and Theis will play in the Round of 16, with Theis being present in the meeting with the media in Berlin, however as coach Gordon Herbert explained, things with Nick Weiler-Babb are still unclear.

“He traveled to Munich yesterday, but he will come back to Berlin today. He is very questionable for the game tomorrow”, said Herbert, per German reporter Robert Heusel.

Weiler-Babb will be examined by the medical team of his club, Bayern Munich, and the results of the medical exam may decide his future with the German national team for the rest of the tournament.
