Berlin, Germany – France managed to beat Turkey 86-87 after a tough game in Berlin and advance to the quarter-finals, where they will face Serbia or Italy. In the mixed zone, Moustapha Fall talked about the victory, underlining that it is necessary for them to improve.
“It wasn’t easy, obviously, but we made it. Now we need to focus on the next one, watch some opponent’s game and see what’s going to happen. We were lucky because if Osman makes both free throws it’s over”, the French center admitted.
“We need to learn from it because the next game is going to be harder. We just control what we do on the court: it doesn’t matter who we’re going to play next, we need to play our best and have no regrets at the end”, he added.
