Mario Hezonja scored 40 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out seven assists as Croatia crushed Cyprus 104 – 67 in Nicosia for the last game of both teams in the 2025 EuroBasket Qualifiers.
Croatia concluded the Qualifiers with a 3-3 record while Cyprus finished at 0-6.
While Croatia was eliminated from EuroBasket contention in the previous round, Hezonja stayed with the national team to help them complete the Qualifiers in the best possible way. The Real Madrid forward had 15-24 shots in 35:20 to push his squad to the win and also register the highest-scoring performance of his career so far on all levels.
Kresimir Ljubisic provided Croatia with 13 points.

For Cyprus, that will participate in the EuroBasket as one of the four host-countries, Konstantinos Simitzis stood out with 25 points.
