Georgia will give a fight in the upcoming Eurobasket and that was evident on Friday night after the 75-71 win over Serbia in the tournament of Antibes, in France. The winners, led by coach Igor Kokoskov, have already build an admirable chemistry, despite missing their top star, injured Zaza Pachulia.
Croatia beat Monenegro 72-60 with Fenerbahce‘s Bojan Bogdanovic scoring 17 points, while in Istanbul Turkey prevailed over Czech Republic (75-68) with Sinan Guler (photo) being the top scorer with 12 points. Slovenia, the Eurobasket host, had an easy night against Bosnia (70-54) despite a 17 points effort by the losing side’s star Mirza Teletovic.
