The first four Saturday preparation games for the upcoming Eurobasket ended with Mirza Teletovic creating all the buzz. The Nets forward had a big game against Greece with 27 points and 11 rebounds, naturalized point guard Zach Wright added 18 points and Bosnia got the 90-84 win. It was the second straight loss of Greece in 7 preparation games so far and also forward Kostas Kaimakoglou re-injured his nose.

In the first game of Ulm’s tournament FYROM beat host Germany 81-67 in a game that was decided in the first half. In Istanbul, Belgium tried to fight for the first half, but couldn’t keep up in the last 20 minutes with Serbia (photo), which prevailed with a 27 points difference (79-52). Also naturalized Pooh Jeter with 16 points and 7 assists is emerging as the leader of Ukraine after the 84-76 win over Sweden.
