Pooh Jeter is one of the faces of Eurobasket 2013, leading Ukraine for the first time in its history into the quarterfinals. However, he has signed in China for the next two years, so the old continent will have to wait for the game of Ukrainian national team in order to enjoy him play.
Things might have been different, as he said to Greek television station OTE TV: “Last summer, before I signed in China, my agent was in contact with Panathinaikos. Of course, Pooh Jeter answered also the inevitable question, if he is faster than his sister Carmelita Jeter, one of the fastest women in the world: “A lot of people ask me that. Maybe we have to race in order to see who is faster, but we will have to do it also with a basketball”.
