The FIBA Eurobasket draw is now over and the participating nations now know who they will face next summer! The draw results were the following:
Group A
Poland, Greece, France, Finland, Iceland, Slovenia
Group B
Ukraine, Israel, Lithuania, Georgia, Italy, Germany
Group C
Croatia, Czech Republic, Spain, Montenegro, Romania, Hungary
Group D
Great Britain, Russia, Serbia, Latvia, Turkey, Belgium
The four hosts nations are Finland (A), Israel (B), Romania (C) and Turkey (D). The top four teams of each group will travel to Istanbul for the final knock out stage of the competition which will start on the 31st of August and will be competed on the 17th of September.
