Coach Ettore Messina currently has 17 players in his training camp and five more must be cut before the start of the Eurobasket.
Italy is waiting for the preparing tournament in Cagliari (11 to 13 August) and after those games more cuts are expected. Before the tournament Italy will face Finland tonight also in Cagliari at 20.30 local time.
