A 25-point performance by Bogdan Bogdanovic was enough for Serbia to get past through Montenegro with 82-71. Bogdanovic was also named MVP of the tournament, during which Serbia missed key members like Teodosic, Raduljica, Kalinic and Nedovic for various reasons.
Closely behind was Stefan Bircevic, who added 15 points for his team, while Marko Guduric added 6 more for the team.
Bojan Dubljevic was the leader of Montenegro, with 13 points and 6 rebounds, as Nikola Vucevic scored 10.
Montenegro entered the game with a 19-24 advantage but Serbia took charge in the second half, keeping the lead of the game until the end.
