The Lithuanian federation announced the decision about Deividas Gailius and coach Dainius Adomaitis added: “After the food poisoning in France, the medical examination found a bacterium in Gailius. The treatment will take time, we are a few days away from the tournament, so we decided to thank Deividas for his effort and continue without him”.
Lithuania must make two more cuts before announcing the final roster for the upcoming Eurobasket.
