Ilya Gromov is the latest and final cut from the Latvian national team that marches to the EuroBasket with all stars on board.
Kristaps Porzingis (New York Knicks), Davis Bertans (San Antonio Spurs), Dairis Bertans (Olimpia Milano), Janis Strelnieks (Olympiacos), Janis Timma (Baskonia) and captain Janis Blums are all included in the list.
The Latvian Federation also announced that Krisaps Porzingis returned to practices following the successful rehabilitation for a minor knee injury he sustained during a prep game vs Lithuania.
Latvia will face Great Britain, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Belgium in Group D of EuroBasket, that will take place in Istanbul, Turkey.
