Coach Kostas Missas was asked about the next opponent of the Greeks and his reply was the following: “They are an experienced team. The important thing for us is to play like a team. As I said before the game in basketball and also in life, in critical moments it comes down to what you have inside you. It’s your soul. To believe that you are the best. Lithuania is a big team, but we are not afraid of them”.
Kostas Papanikolaou added: “We have to be focus on the next day. For us the knock out games started against Poland. We have not achieved anything noteworthy yet, we have to fight for the best possible result”.
