In a head to head contest between EuroLeague teams, Olimpia Milano beat Khimki 89-88. Andrew Goudelock dropped 23 points for the winners, while Malcolm Thomas scored 25 for the losing side.
Valencia prevailed over Tau Castello (78-71), a team of the Spanish second division with Erick Geen scoring 25 points, while CSKA Moscow was defeated in Athens to AEK (78-69) in a game which was not open to the public and the press. Corey Higgins with 15 points was the top scorer of the losing side.
On Tuesday night, Real Madrid was also defeated by the Argentinian club Lorenzo De Almagro (84-81), despite 16 points by Facundo Campazzo.
