After the game, Sergei Bazarevich gave a simple reply to what happened on the court. “They scored big shots. We scored big shots but missed some”, he said.
“You take what the other team gives you. They closed the zone and we didn’t move the ball in the first half. The third quarter was great. We had 9 assists. They are big and they closed the paint. We have to be proud of the way we fought. Now there is one more game to win the medal”, he concluded.
