After the first two games in Eurobasket 2015 qualifying round Russia counts two defeats after losing at home by Italy (65-63) despite having a 10 points lead at the start of the last quarter. Alessandro Gentile with 13 points in the last seven minutes was the MVP of the winners, having in total 20 points.
In the last game of the night, Montenegro got the overtime 70-64 win over Bulgaria and a 2-0 record in Group B. In Group C Poland leads with 2-0, in Group D FYROM is at 2-0, in Group E Hungary has a 2-0 record after the close 74-73 win over Georgia and in Group F Latvia and Romania are tied at 2-0.
