Since his season ended with a surgery, every one expected that Ricky Rubio will probably miss the upcoming Eurobasket. This is now confirmed by Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders in his end of the season press conference.
You can here his comments here, which in the case of Rubio’s absense from the Spanish national team it was just: “No he will not play for Spain”. It was evident that after Rubio playing just 22 games in the season, Minessota would like for him to stay out of the Spanish national team this summer.
