Partizan Belgrade officially signed power forward James McAdoo to a contract for the rest of 2019-2020. The former two-time (2015, 2017) NBA champion with the Golden State Warriors last played with Besiktas in Turkey.

Partizan NIS Belgrade bolstered its frontline by signing versatile power forward James McAdoo for the remainder of the season. McAdoo (2.06 meters, 27 years old) will play a second stint in the 7DAYS EuroCup with Partizan after debuting in the competition last season with FIAT Turin. He averaged 11.0 points and 5.0 rebounds over seven games with FIAT. McAdoo arrives from Turkish club Besiktas Sompo Sigorta Istanbul, where he posted 8.6 points and 6.6 rebounds in 11 games this season. He has also played for Golden State and Philadelphia of the NBA and Agua Caliente, Delaware and Santa Cruz of the G-League. McAdoo was a member of the Golden State team that won NBA titles in 2015 and 2017. His father, Ronnie McAdoo, played professionally in Europe. Ronnie’s second cousin is Bob McAdoo, a former NBA MVP and a two-time EuroLeague champion with Olimpia Milan in 1987 and 1988.
