Gran Canaria announced that forward/center Jacob Wiley signed a two-year deal to return to the club. Wiley spent 2019-2020 with Panathinaikos Athens.
After parting ways with Panathinaikos, Wiley received an offer by Joventut Badalona. Gran Canaria matched the offer in order to bring the player back to Las Palmas following his 2019 stint with the team.
In 2019-2020, Wiley averaged 5.4 points plus 1.8 rebounds in EuroLeague and 9.4 points per game in the Greek League.
So far in the summer offseason, Gran Canaria has also added guards Amedeo Della Valle and AJ Slaughter.
