Gran Canaria announced they have re-signed shooting guard/small forward Stan Okoye to a contract extension for the next season.
29-year-old Okoye first joined the Spanish club for the 2019-20 season and posted an average of 6.8 points, 2.1 rebounds across 16 minutes on the court in 22 games in the Spanish ACB.
Prior to Gran Canaria, the Nigerian/American had also played for Zaragoza, Varese and Udine, among other clubs, while he is also a regular in the Nigerian National Team, playing at the latest edition of FIBA World Cup in 2019.
