Unicaja Malaga defeated Germani Brescia at home 86-69 in Round 4 to continue its winning course into the new 7DAYS EuroCup season.
Dario Brizuela led Luis Casimiro’s squad with 17 points and three assists, Francis Alonso posted 15 points and Adam Waczynski had 11 points.
Giordano Bortolani was Brescia’s top-scorer with 18 points while Drew Crawford added 14 points and 8 boards, as the Italian team suffered its third defeat.
Earlier on Wednesday, Buducnost VOLI Podgorica prevailed over ratiopharm Ulm with a 73-68 victory to improve to a 3-1 record. Nikola Ivanovic paced the winners with 21 points, four assists, as Suad Sehovic tapped 13 points and five rebounds.
Ulm’s Dylan Osetkowski tapped 18 points, six assists and three rebounds, while Per Guenther had 13 points. The German side fell to a 1-3 record and remains at the bottom of Group B.
Previously in Round 4, Metropolitans grabbed its second straight victory of the season against Mornar.
