After starting the 2020-21 season with Metropolitans 92, Rob Gray moved on to AS Monaco, his new French club announced Friday.
“I want to help the team as much as I can, continue to work hard, improve my game and give my best,” he said per Monaco’s official site, “Monaco is aiming for the title and I want to help the La Roca Team as much as possible. It is an exciting challenge.”
Gray, 26, moved his talents to Europe and France late in the 2018-19 season. Following a brief stint at JL Bourg, he joined Metropolitans 92 for the 2019-20 season and re-signed for the ongoing season.
His 2020-21 campaign featured his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with 14.5 points per match. He will extend his EuroCup run with Monaco. In a similar fashion, he will be back in France’s Jeep Pro A Elite when domestic league action resumes.
