Herbalife Gran Canaria defeated Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana 90-82 to seal its ticket to the Top 16 of 7DAYS EuroCup after improving to a 6-2 record.
Matthew Costello led the winners with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, Andrew Albicy and Khalifa Diop scored 14 points apiece while Stanley Okoye tapped 13 points.
Kendrick Perry posted a game-high performance with 25 points, 7 assists and Jaka Blazic tapped 22 for Cedevita that now falls to a 4-3 record.
It took a double overtime but Nanterre 92 used its full force to outrun Dolomiti Energia Trento with a 104-102 victory in the fight for the fourth spot in Group D.
Chris Warren led all scorers of the French team with 29 points, Isaiah Cordinier tapped 24 points, Alpha Kaba posted a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds and Tyler Stone had 14 points.
Trento has already qualified to the Top 16 round but could use this victory to seal the top spot of the group. Gary Browne led the Italian side with a game-high of 30 points, 10 assists and 8 boards, while Jeremy Morgan added 26 points. Victor Sanders followed with 16 points.
