Four players of Lithuanian side Lietkabelis Panavezys tested positive for COVID-19, as reported by Dontas Urbonas.
Lietkabelis played two 7DAYS EuroCup contests this week against Lokomotiv Kuban and Segafredo Virtus Bologna on the road, the latter as a rescheduled game for Round 6.
The team suffered a major blow earlier in November, with 9 players testing positive.
