Kadeem Allen decided not to continue with the team and the club decided to grant him the wish. The sides have terminated their contract.
Allen averaged 9.3 points. 2.6 assists, 1.73 rebounds, and 1.2 steals over 15 games in EuroCup and the French League.
Per JL Bourg:
After returning to the United States during the short winter break, Kadeem Allen expressed the wish through his agent not to continue for the rest of the season.
Aware of Kadeem’s difficulties to integrate into a new European environment for him, to express himself on the field and fully meet the sporting expectations placed on him, JL Bourg decided to accede to his request. The two parties have agreed to a termination effective immediately.
JL Bourg is already looking for a new player. In addition, Zack Wright, who was sidelined at the end of 2020 due to a foot injury, returned to team training on Monday, January 4.
