A big-time performance by Alpha Kaba paced Nanterre 92 to its second consecutive victory (80-74) against Unicaja in Round 4 of the 7DAYS EuroCup Top 16.
The French center posted a double-double of 21 points and 15 rebounds to match his career-high, followed by Chris Warren who tapped 19 points. Tyler Stone added 12 points and Johnny Berhanemskel had 11.
On the other end of the court, Yannick Nzosa led the Spanish side with 13 points, Axel Bouteille added 12, while Jaime Fernandez, Francis Alonso, Adam Waczynski and Tim Abromaitis all had 10 points. Unicaja slipped its fourth game into the Top 16 and was eliminated from quarterfinals’ contention.
Earlier in Round 4, AS Monaco beat Joventut Badalona 97-82 at home and currently tops Group E.
