Monaco announced the signing of Courtney Fortson in early February, though according to reports by bebasket.fr, the player is not expected to join the team, after all, citing personal reasons.
According to the report, the team does not expect Fortson to land to the squad and is looking for reinforcement in the wake of Khadeen Carrington’s injury, before the deadline of new players’ registering ends (February 28).
Monaco still has two games left in the EuroCup Top 16 (3-1) and hopes to advance to the quarterfinals when action returns early in March.
