AS Monaco made history as the first-ever French team to lift a EuroCup trophy after a sweep over UNICS Kazan, thanks to the efforts of the Finals MVP Rob Gray!
Gray, who arrived in Monaco last October, posted 23 points in Game 1 and 25 points in Game 2, to help Monaco remain the last team standing in a nerve-wracking finale.
“I’m super thankful. You know, it’s a surreal feeling. More than anything, I’m just thankful and looking forward to getting back to Monaco, getting this travel out of the way and really celebrating with my teammates and my extended family, basically. It’s a big deal and we’re thankful”, Gray said after Monaco’s win.
