Valencia inked Nenad Dimitrijevic to a four-year contract, the team announced Saturday.
Dimitrijevic, 23, spent the last five years at ACB and the previous two at 7DAYS EuroCup attached to Joventut Badalona. He will continue in both competitions with his new Spanish side.
Per the press release: “Macedonian guard Nenad Dimitrijevic (1.90m, Skopje (North Macedonia), 02/23/1998, 23 years old) joins the Valencia Basket first squad for the next 4 seasons. The player has just completed a good season with Club Joventut Badalona, an option for which Valencia Basket opted for the point guard to continue with his evolution this season, presenting a card with the green-black team of 10.6 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 3.6 assists for a PIR of 8.6 in the Endesa League, raising their numbers to 12.9 points, 1.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and a PIR of 13.4 in the 7DAYS EuroCup. The new Taronja player, who made his debut at ACB in December 2016 with the green-black team and has already had five seasons of experience in the elite despite his youth, was elected in the Best Young Quintet of the Liga Endesa in the 2019-20 season!”
