Partizan has been quite active in the transfer market since the official arrival of coach Zeljko Obradovic and the fourth signing for the next season is Rodions Kurucs, the club announced.

The deal is valid for two years with, as the player’s agent confirmed, NBA outs for both summers.

Kurucs had played for Riga and Barcelona during the first six years of his career before moving to the NBA as the 40th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Brooklyn Nets.

He logged 123 games for the Nets including eight in the playoffs and has also played for the Houston Rockets and the Milwaukee Bucks during the last season.

Prior to Kurucs, Partizan started the transfer period with Kevin Punter with whom they signed the biggest contract ever in Serbian basketball. The arrival of another former Olimpia Milano player followed with the addition of Zach LeDay and Aleksa Avramovic was the third signing.

All four players that Partizan has added so far this summer have signed two-year deals.
