Stanton Kidd has agreed to a one-year deal with Lokomotiv Kuban, according to Eurohoops sources. Kuban’s team was amongst a few other Turkish Airlines EuroLeague teams who had expressed interest in the 29-year old forward.
Kidd is coming off a good season in Israel, playing for Hapoel Jerusalem, in which he averaged 12.6 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.
The former Jazz player has also played in Turkey with Darussafaka and Ormanspor, in Belgium and Germany to start his career, as well as in Australia.
The experienced American forward will return to the 7DAYS EuroCup competition after three years. In 22 EuroCup games with Darussafaka in the 2017-18 season, he averaged 5.3 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
